I can practice EMDR therapy.I offer a professional, confidential listening space, in a safe and comfortable environment. If you suffer from depression, anxiety, panic attacks, traumas, prolonged grief disorder, life adjustments, you might consider an assessment or a clarification of your needs. You might prefer short term or open ended psychotherapy and you can choose whether in English or in Italian.

A more connected You, a step towards the self discovery
I apply psychodynamic psychotherapy to explore the unconscious, the role of early relationship in the development of personality and their impact in present life. I am guided by Jungian and post jungian thinking which have therapeutic relationships at their heart and consider such relationship a key factor to understand internal conflicts and to help manage them differently.
